It can be intellectual, emotional, moral, aesthetic and biological. Navajo life and culture are very much based on this concept of hozhoni and indeed the goal of life is unity of experience. Hozhoni expresses the idea of order, happiness, health, and well-being as well as blanace and harmony, Hence, it is not only a way of looking at life, but a way to live.
